# CATAPULT TURBO

**Catapult Turbo** is a gamified trading environment that replaces traditional on-chain market mechanics with a high-fidelity price simulation. Instead of an order book, Turbo uses a mathematical engine to generate realistic, hyper-volatile price action.

#### Mechanics

Trading occurs within fixed, time-limited windows. A creator initiates a token by paying a flat fee and selecting a **volatility mode**. These modes dictate both the token’s lifespan and the mathematical intensity of the price engine.

Once the token is live, the engine streams an interactive chart. Traders execute buys and sells exactly as they would on a spot exchange, but without an order book. Every trade executes instantly at the current engine price with zero slippage, regardless of size. When the time window expires, or if a trader chooses to exit early, the P/L is settled directly against the protocol vault.

#### The Architecture of Fair Markets

Real markets run on insider knowledge, rare data, and capital most traders don't have. Without them, the market is tilted against the common trader before a single trade is placed.

**Neutrality.** Turbo removes that tilt. Price movement follows a fixed statistical model (GBM), applied identically to every trader: no information or capital advantage changes the odds.

**Provable Fairness.** Before a round starts, the platform commits to the parameters that will generate the price path, without revealing them. Once the round resolves, those parameters are published, and anyone can independently recompute the result and confirm it matches what actually played out.
