Deposits and withdrawals
You fund your Main balance with crypto or cash, and you withdraw from it in crypto to an address you choose.
Deposit
There are three ways to fund your Main balance:
- Transfer Crypto. You pick a token and a chain and get a deposit address with its minimum. Send from any wallet or exchange.
- Deposit from wallet. Connect a browser wallet such as MetaMask and confirm the transfer in it.
- Cash. Pay by card or a local method through a payment provider. Your country's currencies are listed first, and each method has its own minimum and maximum.
Send on the chain you picked. Funds sent on another network are lost and cannot be returned.
The money is on your Main balance once the deposit is credited. Most crypto deposits land within a few minutes.
Withdraw
You withdraw in crypto only. You choose the token, the chain and the destination address, and enter the amount in US dollars. A withdrawal cannot be cancelled once sent.
Exchanges may not credit transfers sent by a smart contract. Withdraw to your own wallet first, then send to the exchange from there.

Can I withdraw to a card or bank account? No. Withdrawals go out in crypto only.
